Nichole Washington-Watley

This month, we celebrate Nichole Washington-Watley, an Ultrasound Technologist with a big heart. She is a rockstar performer, who is devoted to her patients and her family. When selected as Employee of the Month, her recruiter, Jessica, stated Nichole is “consistently receiving the highest ratings in patient satisfaction surveys completed by patients. Her caring demeanor, professionalism, and expertise in the OB/GYN field certainly set her apart from other Ultrasound Technologists.”

When we informed Nichole that she was Team1Medical’s Employee Spotlight for February, we sent her a few interview questions. Here’s what she had to say.

What do you like most about your assignment(s)?

The providers care about their patients! It shows.

What is your Motto or Personal Mantra?

Always give 110% at everything.

When are you happiest?

When my patients are happy.

Dependable, caring, outgoing.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I’m very shy.

What are you proudest of?

My daughter.
