A few blogs ago, we addressed the different types of assignments we offer employees. These different types of assignments factor into your compensation. For example, a Direct Hire would result in the employee being paid directly by the company at which they will be working while a temporary position would result in the employee being paid through ExecuTeam.
How do the recruiter fees factor into this equation? They don’t! Many of our candidates have the misconception when they first hear about Staffing or Recruiting Companies that we will take a portion of their paycheck. Our company does not take fees from employees for our services. As an employee, you will not be earning less because we matched you with an employer. In fact, we have some of the most dedicated and satisfied recruiters in the business because they are not paid solely by commission.
ExecuTeam makes timesheets much less of a hassle with eConnect, an online system which allows you to log your hours as you go or all at once. However, if your employer requires paper timesheets, we make that process smooth as well. We provide you with the timesheets and have a conveniently located drop box for after hours. Even if you don’t log your hours initially through eConnect, we can provide you with a link to register so you can view your pay stub history. Your recruiter will provide you with more information for either method once you are starting an assignment.
So when do you get paid with this system? ExecuTeam also offers direct deposit which will be deposited every Thursday. Otherwise, a card cash will be either mailed Thursday afternoon or available for pickup at our corporate office. It’s your choice!
If you have not been assigned to an assignment yet, registering with eConnect and sending us your direct deposit information will have to wait until we have an assignment ready to go for you. Similarly, if it has been over a year since you have worked with us, you may need to update your paperwork with us before you start a new assignment.
