So you have found our website and you are ready to get work! Below are the steps that will need to happen prior to you getting that first paycheck.
- Put in an application with us!
While we have a number of ways we can find you if you put your resume out there, the quickest way to get the appropriate recruiter’s attention is to submit an application on our website here. Don’t just fill out the application; make sure you copy and paste in your resume into the application! We have an internal database that all of our recruiters access and match your skills, experience, and job requirements with our clients’ needs.
- Keep in touch!
So you have put in an application, what should you do next? You can continue to visit our job listing here, and email info@team1medical.com to let us know what positions you are interested in and that you are still available to work. If you do this about once a week, it will keep you populating at the top of our internal database when our recruiters run their searches. You can also sign up for our Job Search Agent here to get resources sent to you weekly.
- We need to call you!
When our recruiters find a position and client whose needs they think you will meet, they will contact you to schedule an interview. Our recruiters have lots of resumes to review and candidates to meet; they will give you a call before both you and they expend the time and energy to meet. During that call, they will review your resume and discuss your career objectives. If the recruiter has an immediate opening, an interview appointment at our office will be scheduled at your convenience.
- We need to meet you!
You will become a representation of Team1Medical and your recruiter so we want to know you! Our clients rely on us to provide them with the highest quality employees so we need to ensure that you are that person! During this interview, we also want to find out from you what your short term and long term objectives are for your career. We want you to be happy in your new position, and we strive to find the best match for you. Make sure you bring the appropriate certifications with you to your interview to streamline the process later.
These first few steps are critical in our new relationship with you! We want this process to go as smoothly as possible for everyone. We look forward to working with you, and we want you to know that we value your time as much as you do.
