Jessica has been one of ExecuTeam/Team1Medical’s most influential recruiters. She has been with ExecuTeam since 2009 as a Staffing Coordinator and was promoted to Staffing Consultant in 2012. Since then, Jessica’s dedication and talents have been zealously applied to the growth of the medical division, Team1Medical.

From the outside looking in, Jessica’s accomplishments are quite obvious. Her investment in and dedication to the team are clearly displayed in the success of her still growing division. Due to her leadership and hard work, Team1Medical recently won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client Award and received satisfaction scores of 4.9 stars out of 5 from 78 percent of their clients which is significantly higher than the industry’s average of 27 percent. Award winners make up less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada who earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence. However, Jessica would be the last to single herself out as the driving force for the team’s achievement.

Of course, these is much more happening behind the scenes than either clients or candidates see. Jessica seems to effortlessly complete the tasks set before her with verve, but she brings a unique set of skills to the table to make all of this happen for the team. She puts in an incredible amount of time and effort to find qualified matches to present to her clients. From resumes reviewed to potential candidates interviewed, Jessica becomes the filter for her clients and only presents to them those best suited to their needs.

Jessica doesn’t let such mishaps slow her down; she brings a unique set of skills to the table in that she is able to visualize a plan of attack when presented with a client’s staffing needs. Jessica’s years in the staffing industry have provided her with the flexibility this team requires. She has a knack for understanding her client’s needs and working to provide for that need. She is a major part of what makes Team1Medical so effective in its staffing ability. With her support, this division accommodates the client requests and specializes in knowing the Houston area.

Her greatest accomplishment and challenge have been one and the same: allowing others on the team to take up her work. Jessica finds the energy and passion that pours into the Team1Medical division rewarded by the extreme sense of personal fulfillment she gains from her job. She is particularly proud of her rapport with her clients, and her ability to make a successful placement which will better the client’s staff.

This tireless energy is found in Jessica’s life outside of the office as well. Though a busy wife and mother of two young children, she spends her free time volunteering and supporting her community with her husband. Jessica’s children take after their proud mother as they excel on a daily basis in their education.
